Shipping policy

National shipping policy

All orders are processed within three business days. Shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays is not guaranteed. If we experience high order volume, calamities or natural disasters, severe weather, civil unrest, or suspension of service by third-party carriers, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

International shipping

We ship to Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador. International shipments are coordinated directly with us via WhatsApp at +1 (860) 877-7698, as we work with external carriers depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery is 10 business days after dispatch. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery time estimates are based on the estimates provided by the third-party carrier service chosen by the customer. Time estimates are not guaranteed unless the rate chosen for the specific zone specifically describes them. Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order contains its tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, unless the third party is experiencing difficulties.
